Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

The PAs and NP are wonderful to see. The nursing staff leaves lots to be desired. They seem inpatient and do not focus on the patients. While waiting in the exam room, I could hear the nurses conversing about me. I think they just lack professionalism and curtsey. When you're sick, the last thing you want is to feel guilty because you came back in for an updated diagnosis or treatment.

No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous
