I was out of town on vacation and needed dental work done. They gave me an appointment the same day with another follow up the next day. All staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional.
I am a patient of Dr Michael for many years. He is a caring individual who always does an outstanding job. I recommend Dr Michael to anyone.
I put together a plan with this Dr. to have a lot of work done on my lower teeth. First visit, while preforming a root canal, something went wrong and I told him the second it happened. The tooth has never stopped hurting. He didn't believe me. Today, I got validation from a surgeon that indeed the root canal failed, vertical root fracture and the tooth has to be removed. Why can't people just admit when something goes wrong and FIX IT? Not this guy. He was good with me leaving in pain.
As a nervous patient, I can say that Dr. O’Donnell and his staff put me at ease. They are friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do so getting my first implant wasn’t something I was excited about. I anticipated a difficult journey and a permanent tooth that wasn’t exactly right but would do, luckily I was wrong. Dr. O’Donnell rarely left me waiting and made the process as easy as it could get.
This visit was just like all the rest. All personnel I meet from the receptionist/ the technician's/ & finally the main event Dr. O'Donnell himself. This jolly roger is a master at his trade. He uses the latest equipment & procedures to repair our dental problems each & every visit. Of course the last part is always the least painful of the visit but still every thing hurts the pocket these days.
