After losing a crown while biting an apple, I called Dr Mikes cell and discussed the situation.He told me to one in and get X-ray and plan treatment. Such prompt service is deeply appreciated, especially st Christmas time when the staff is ready to do the holiday break. No rushing or short cutting..just calm professional effort all the way.

Very bad experience! This doctor is not about dentistry, he is about business! The building was fancy, the office was fancy, the interior of the office was fancy, the customer service was fancy and pleasant. But the outcome of dentistry was dismal! I brought my college student son for simple filling of the small dental cavity. The procedure was supposed to be a small and uncomplicated. I have been a loyal customer to another dental office for 25 years. They attempted to pull my tooth leaving the roots below the gums and nerves exposed until I could get to a surgeon the next morning. I called Great Florida Smiles and they were able to get me right in to finish the job. With all the best top of the line equipment Dr. O’Donnell had the roots out and stitched up in less then 30 minutes. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable in this whole procedure.

Each member of Dr. Mike’s staff couldn’t have been kinder or more gentle. I’m a new patient with a complicated mouth. I knew I wanted a dentist that was young, progressive and technologically current. While working on my teeth, Dr. was gentle and picked up on all my cues. I hope this helps someone looking for a new dentist. I’m 67 and much, much work over the years and so many dentists. So the experience was so good it almost moves me to tears.
