Beware—what a terrible human. He canceled on me last minute and told me “he wouldn’t make enough money off me to make it worth his time”, and told me he didn’t feel like putting in the work to find a space that fit my needs— the complete opposite from our initial meeting when he told me I had the nicest commercial buildout he had ever seen, my current rent is way higher than the market demanded (then and now), and he would know since he was original listing agent until my landlord fired him after the spaces in our building s... read more
