Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
