Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I absolutely love the staff at Odon Family Dentistry. They always go above and beyond for me and my children. My 2 year old daughter is treated with love and respect from each staff member. She isn't a bit afraid to jump in the dental chair and have a full check-up! They never put us off, make us feel unwelcome, or that we are not a priority. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The dentist actually ignored the tooth I went in having problems with and filled one next to it which was causing no immediate issues. To top it off, my jaw hurt worse than when I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled at the same time!
