Nick did a nice job inspecting our two HVAC systems . He arrived on schedule and was fully prepared for the work. He allowed me to observe him as he tested our package system. He explained what he was doing and helped me to understand the process. He identified a stressed and out of tolerance starter capacitor and replaced it. I have a rental, and the ac went out Tenant called another company to fix told her it would have to be replaced, unit was only 6 years old, I called O'Dell's and they came out said unit was fine fixed issue and has been fine ever since. I am now using this company to install unit in my house build. ty
