We bought an expensive AC mini split. Something had went wrong with it during the night. When woke up we found out about it. They were out at my place within 2 hours of me calling the emergency line. All covered under warranty because of their great excellent customer service and reliability. Highly recommend them.

I placed a service call for a rental home in early July. When I spoke to the office, I informed them that the issue was due to detached duct work that needed to be reattached. When the technician came out, he performed several other tasks, but never entered the crawl space where the detached duct work was, per the tenant occupying the home. In addition to that, the house never began cooling and was still 90 degrees inside. After hearing this, I called the office and did not get an answer. This morning Odell did their Spring thing to my HVAC. The tech that performed it was great and efficient. In fact when he asked to use the faucet to clean the HVAC I explained that I had not yet removed the winter cover for it and to go ahead. He told me when he went to remove it he found a wasp nest and took care of it for me. That was the best. He said he was happy I hadn’t found it. I appreciate the way he went beyond to make sure my unit was in good running shape for this soon to be very hot summer. Thanks again
