My FAVORITE!!!...service and food cannot be beat!!
First time dining here and I'm giving two stars only because my burger was good. Service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes before we got waters and our drinks, and never got our waters refilled. Our food was extremely slow to come out; the table behind us was seated after us but got their food before us with no explanation for the wait. Food was good but overpriced and not worth the poor service.

Sorry that you felt your wait was long. Our policy is 5 minutes or less for guests to be greeted & given waters. Can we ask when you dined with us & what you ordered that took so long? Since all of our food is made fresh & by hand to order, it can take longer than restaurants that don't prepare fresh food. Perhaps the table behind you ordered something that takes less time to cook (rare burgers, salads, soup, etc). If you could describe your server, that would also be helpful. My manfriend and I ate here tonight for the first time, and we were both blown away! I am gluten free (not by choice), and more than half the menu had gluten free options! The food was absolutely delicious - I had one of my top 5 favorite salads of all time. The service was fantastic (Beth was phenomenal). I had a fabulous white sangria also. And the creme brûlée was the "icing on the cake." We will definitely be back to try more delicious creations!
