I placed an order for my mom’s birthday, specifically requesting pickup from the LA location. Unfortunately, the salesperson mistakenly placed the order for New York and failed to mention that the LA location doesn’t offer weekend pickups. When I reached out to correct the issue, the only solution offered was free delivery—but not on the actual date of my mom’s birthday. This lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to properly resolve the mistake ultimately ruined a special gift. Very disappointing overall.
The company was helpful if you call the ordering line and not wait for call back. The only suggestion is that company consider whether to deliver in Greater Phoenix area during summer months where day time temperatures are already in the high 90F by 10:00 am. Better option may be to use local flower shop between June and October
