The ODE team responded to my questions quickly and effectively. My fiancée loved her flowers on her bachelorette trip and they made the extra effort to deliver them when I asked. The free photo, vase, and notecard made the experience friendly and compassionate! I cannot recommend them enough.
I ordered the “Sarah” bouquet—15 stems of pink peonies—for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the flowers my in-law received were noticeably different from the image advertised. Several of them were already brown and past their prime, which is unacceptable. As someone who regularly orders flowers, I find it unprofessional and unethical to include old, dying blooms in a more than $200 arrangement (with a vase, tax and delivery). This was disappointing, and I won’t order from here again.
