The Nurse Practitioner, the nursing staff, the housekeeping staff, everyone at OFH, they are all wonderful, efficient, and have big hearts.
Excellent staff, clean facility. Great activities. Physical therapy and activities coordinator are very much understanding and providing care that meet residents needs and encourage to keep on doing.
Everyone here is very friendly, nice, and always willing to help!
Overall, the grounds are well kept, parking is not bad compared to other facilities, rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the hallways are clean, and the Activities Staff is excellent. They are very good to the residents.
Great environment, always feel like family when im visiting! Karissa was helpful and fun!
