First time Porsche owner for first 40,000 mile service. Estimate was 1,048 dollars. During the service it went to and paid 2300 with no explanation why! Will be happy to show my bill to Porsche. Doesn’t the normal 40,000 service include oil change, spark plugs and transmission fluid? That’s the way I understood the price of the 40,000 mile service plus plugs when I showed up. Terrible customer service, happened to us, and same thing happened to our friends. Sales people act like you’re bothering them by coming in, are not helpful, and make you feel like you’re not good enough to be there, and that you’re not worth their time. If that’s how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine what kind of customer service you get once they close the deal and get your money. Cars are nice, but no car is worth that attitude.
