I was referred to this practice by my ophthalmologist for a surgical consultation, and it was a complete waste of time. After finding an appointment when "the doctor is available", receiving a confirmation text for my appointment with Dr. Zaldivar, and speaking on the phone with someone from this office to do a pre-screening for my "appointment with Dr. Zaldivar", I ended up never seeing Dr. Zaldivar. Best in Cary! I'm very satisfied with my results. Dr. White was amazing! I felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly
I appreciated the care given by Dr. Zaldivar, he was great during my procedure however, I was extremely disappointed with the staff and their professionalism afterwards. I got my procedure in March and I am still trying to get a billing issue resolved. I have called 6 times, each time being told they are working on it and will call me back. I am yet to receive a call back. I paid in full right after my procedure, but yet I keep getting bills in the mail for more money. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
