The. Quality of the food has really gone down hill since it first switched from wasabi to octopus. Went in for some yummy sushi and were pretty disappointed. Although the staff was great the food wasn't. Idk maybe because it was so late one of the rolls was made half assed and the crab meat mixture in it had way too much mayonnaise in it. The other two rolls were ok. The drinks were very tasty. So it wasn't a complete waste. 😕
Salmon and octopus carpaccio is delicious. I really enjoyed the firecracker appetizer, prices are also very reasonable. Will be going back for sure �
I love this place it is my go to for sushi. Good service good food my only complaint is the food is slow to come out.

Octopus has quickly become one of my FAV spots for sushi in Long Beach- awesome wait staff (Thanks, Mike for taking care of us!!), fantastic specials (Daily "Sushi & Appetizers & MORE Happy Hour!"), creative presentation, lovely combinations and much more!! A great place to hang out with friends over snacks & dinner.
The food is amazing here! Staff is not the greatest.
