Inspected house. It’s hard these days to find someone reliable. I was surprised when I called to speak directly to Chris, the owner. He’s personable and honest and answers the phone. For the inspection, he was honest and thorough. My dad was a civil engineer and building inspector and was very happy with his thorough report.
We truly appreciated having Chris with Octopus Home Inspections, LLC come out to inspect a house for us. He was very thorough in his inspection and was able to identify serious issues that could have otherwise been missed. He was pleasant to work with and very forthcoming.
