For the "23 dollar ultimate car wash package" you would think that the car would be half clean! I asked the car wash tech why wasn't the car cleaned...he said it's 23 dollars what do you expect! Additionally, the employee was rude to add to the horrible experience. I will never bring my Bimmer there again! Customer service is EVERYTHING!!!
Not good business pracices. The cashier charged me twice and never said a word. When I called 2 days later she simply said, "you can come in forva refund. When I came in for a refund, that was what I got no apology...nothing! Usually go here on the half price days. Not sure if I will any longer if that's how they do business
They swear and tell dirty jokes with the customers right there!
22 & Kolb location: They stole most of the change out of my change stash about $10 worth! They didn't dress my doors. The guy said it was because he didn't want it to attract the dog hair. 2 people working on my car & it took over an hour to detail it. The hubcaps are still full of grease & grime! Mr. Mister is honest & fast!
Terrible service, and very rude manager. I will never refer anyone to their establishment
They are liars about the rain check policy and the rain check policy is pretty much nonexistent. What a joke! I have been going to these people for years but I am done.
