15.00 for nothing looked at my windows and they are worse than when I went in.. I took pictures of this crap because it's gonna keep going on then had a guy hounding me about my windshield and there's no cracks on it.. My truck looks like crap didn't even vacuum the back who do I talk to?
I am sad that I'm even in the lobby..I don't think anyone even noticed that we're here....I can't even type how bad this experience has been today. Sent a letter to customer service also. Won't be back. *UPDATE* After being there 63 minutes and having them have to re-wash the truck at the managers suggestion (BECAUSE IT WASN'T VACUUMED!) We finally left. PROPS TO CLARK THE MANAGER OUTSIDE-he apologized and made it right *
Paid almost 60dlls to detail my car and it was the worst decision I ever made,waste of money.!!,I have a long list of the things they didnt do.!! NEVER GOING BACK.!!
Wow!!! I am amazed at how myself and my fiancé were treated by their top in line guys! First he sells us the wrong wash and INSTEAD of not charging us he knocks ten dollars off! Wow!! Then they proceed to tell me things Ipaod for specifically were not included in the wash I purchased! To top off the entire experience the worker SHOOK HIS HEAD at me as I was telling the manager what happened. Got my car washed today they did a horrible job will not return didn't wipe down the rims at all the vacuum job sucked there air freshness are cheap should have just went to mister car wash instead they are way better you don't have to tell them how to do there job.

Waste of time, waste of money, wouldn't recommend to my least favorite people. My truck would have looked better by splashing through puddles on the road. $40 wash and over an hour later.
