Had my truck washed and detailed yesterday at 12:35 and discovered this morning that a baggie full of change was taken from the console of my truck. As this is the only place the truck went yesterday its hard to imagine that this business has a thief among them. However after reading the comments of another person who lost money there perhaps they do not care. I have used them exclusively the last four years but will not be back and I will tell all my friends and neighbors about my experience.
I don't like to complain but you all must know the service they provide for detail options is horrible. I paid for carpet cleaning and after waiting two hours they did not clean the right side of the car. The left side was wet but the carpet still dirty. The manager said he would refund the carpet only. He said the intake employees should not guarantee the length if time or the level of the cleaning. What? I gave it a three only because I opted to have a chip repaired in my windshield (I was told they would be doing the detail while he was repairing the chip) so that is why it’s taking so long... the management was not very helpful or pleasant. I WON’T be coming back.
this place sucks just a full service rims and tires. out side was not wipe down rigth and inside then dirent even tuch the center console. iy was full of dust. never ever ever will go back. i wish i could up load pictures.
This place is horrible. I went in last month and paid $43 and some change for a half ass job. I've been going here for quite some time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So ,I go in yesterday and you really couldn't even tell they cleaned it. This time I spoke to the supervisor and he told me "Sorry ma'am. That's all that's included in your package." What a freakin joke. Needless to say they have lost my business as well as my family and friends. And the thing of it is, I always leave a generous tip. JUST SAYIN��
Just left there and truck has dirt still all over! Ultimate Car Wash? Ultimate garbage! Never going back
I paid for the most expensive option which was supposed to include cleaning the inside windows; I had to ask the attendant to please clean the windshield on the inside and remind him to clean off the crayon they put on the windows to identify what option was paid for. The sideboard were not cleaned off either! Don't go to the Octopus on Valencia...this was their second chance of getting it right and they failed; I will not be going back to this location!
