Do not get anything washed here! The attendants will welcome themselves to any and all of your belongings that you may have in your car. Beyond that, if you confront management about items being stolen from your vehicle, they do nothing to investigate. Terrible!
Service was insanely slow! I complained and they blamed it on not having enough staff. She said, "People didn't show up today probably because they were out partying last night." I had the carpets shampooed plus the ultimate package and there was still dust everywhere. The shampoo job was decent but didn't make up for how slow the service was. The people who were there working were not in any hurry to get anything done.
Poor service manager is a douche.
Manager was a dick, don’t care about your car. Don’t trust this place.
Had my truck washed and detailed yesterday at 12:35 and discovered this morning that a baggie full of change was taken from the console of my truck. As this is the only place the truck went yesterday its hard to imagine that this business has a thief among them. However after reading the comments of another person who lost money there perhaps they do not care. I have used them exclusively the last four years but will not be back and I will tell all my friends and neighbors about my experience.
I had a brand new windshield now is all messed up smears , lint, looks likes it's old ... side mirrors messed up too all smeared .. really Then my lottery tickets stolen from center console , why did they look in there ?
I don't like to complain but you all must know the service they provide for detail options is horrible. I paid for carpet cleaning and after waiting two hours they did not clean the right side of the car. The left side was wet but the carpet still dirty. The manager said he would refund the carpet only. He said the intake employees should not guarantee the length if time or the level of the cleaning. What?
