I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile and I just started thinking about it as my car is dirty right now. I do not recommend the Octopus on the east side (22nd St). I couldn’t figure out where all of these scratches were coming from on my car...all over. Seemed like I’d find new ones every time I left there. I then realized that they must be wearing their jewelry and watches while drying off cars and scratching my car up more and more. I really think their quality of work has gone down hill. I paid for one of the ultimate interior cleaning and they did a horrible job. No real detailing, had to have them go back and do additional vacuuming. today opened up the back hatch, and they didn't even go back there and vacuum or clean. As I look around the interior, they didn't even do a decent job of cleaning much less detailing. Will not go back

I have been a loyalty member of the Thornydale location for many years. I have since moved from Tucson and have sold the car. This is were the problem lies...I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP FOR 4 MONTHS, EMAILS, NO ANSWERS AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND YET I CANNOT GET THIS MEMBERSHIP TO END. THE CORPORATE SIDE OF THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BS...

I went to octopus car wash & did the full service wash. I was very disappointed. I got back into my car and the windows still had water spots that they didn’t wipe down. You could see where there was still dirt on my back bumper. I asked the guy to please wipe my windows which he very politely did but I shouldn’t still have had dirt on my back bumper. I also noticed the white marker they used to write on my window was still there. I had dog hair and on carpet that is still there. I could’ve done a way better job doing it mys... read more

just got home from a two hour wait for my car to be cleaned I paid 50.00 to have it clean as I waited I watch these employes work if you want to call it that every car they wiped down was only two wipes per side no door james, no lower part of doors, most cars were still half dirty? I brought this to the manger attention and yet the service remained the same cars were only half clean only now the employees started to call me a fat lazy B**** I'm in a wheelchair and is the reason i take my car into be wash after waiting a 1hr... read more

My truck was left with water spots, had it detailed on a special for 31 dollars then they took or threw away my small bottle of hand sanitizer that was full, the other nearly empty bottle was left in the truck, I went back and complained the manager was not happy to wash my truck again, didn’t apologize or anything, his cashier told him we had just been a little bit prior. So I was there today and someone stole a truck from the back he came out from the back and just got into the truck and took it !smh they need to have someone in the back taking care of those cars . Is Octopus car wash responsibility, we trust them with our car’s.

Why are all the reviews so old?? Do they only put half way decent ones? Friend there yesterday waited over 45 minutes and their truck was still not done. They would not give them their money back. Spoke to managers several times! They are never going back! Like to see if this post is still on here tomorrow!
