worst place ever and the employees are the dumbest people you will ever meet.
Their De-Bug spray they spray on the vehicle before the wash has burned itself onto my paint on both of my vehicles. They tried to use the excuse that one of my vehicles didn’t have a clear coat, which it doesn’t it’s painted flat black. So I brought my truck in with a clear coat and it had the same exact burn marks from the bug spray. So they said my clear coat is damaged and that’s what caused it on the truck. Lol nah probably the corrosive soap you sprayed all over my cars is what caused it bro.
had a car wash. went to the grocery store and while putting groceries in trunk noticed my car was scratched from hood to roof to trunk. manager said its not consistant with the wash. however the manager Gilbert and i viewed video tape no scratches visible going into wash. he said he will turn over to claims however now they are saying video is for damages. since when is scratches not damage!!! they denied my claim!
I'm very dissatisfied, I went to mister carswash today & paid $18.00 for the ultimate wash & didn't even get the tire/ wheel shine I paid for. I used to go there all the time when it was the octopus & never any complaints service was always great. Sad to say it was a waste of time & $18.00 to go here.
