Recommendedcustomer service was the best of this experience! we had Brandon who works up front helping everyone pay. he definitely takes pride in his job and deserves the praise! (I never do reviews, so for me to seek out just to give him a review speaks measures). will be back because of the customer service. thank you.
Expensive and your car still looks crappy
Have the intitial sprayer come out and spray entire front of car like they USED to do. I went yesterday and when he sprays he gets the drivers side and most of hood. Bring back the hand dryers at the end or improve blower. More soap.
Prices went up, service went down. Paid for the $20 premium wash/wax and car looked like crap. We only saw one employee today - the guy who guides you in. If they aren’t even going to dry the car, save $15 and go to loaf n jug!
vacuum aren't as powerful...no longer hand dry. very disappointed. hope they get it together....but doesn't look like it based on past reviews. might change to the cyclone in Pueblo west
So what's with the no drying your car off? hmmm lots of unlimited members are considering changing. smdh!!
Reduced services but not price! Very crappy service!
Customer service is crap. Services offered are crap. Also messed up a friend of mine car and admitted to it then told them they weren't going to fix it after daying they would fix it. Definitely not Octopuss. Sad.
They are reducing services but not reducing prices. No more bug spray on the front of your car and the wash will not remove them. No more hand dry at the end so now you have water spots on your windshield, windows and mirrors. Time to go to Pueblo West!!
