Do not use!! Exceptionally terrible work done! Paid for premium and got basic...at best. Nothing on inside was done and when I asked why it hadn't been done was told "people are just being lazy today". Will not be coming back here.
Consumers beware if you are overcharged by this company they will not refund all your money. On December 2 2022 my account was charged five times. I called the company to be told that they will not refund all my money and that I was fortunate enough to have some of it refunded because typically they do not give refunds at all. If I had known this company does not give refunds I would have left years ago. I will be using another car wash moving forward.

The problem with this location and possibly Mister Car Wash in general is their lack of customer support. A close friend had their car rear-ended by the vehicle behind them entering the tunnel. 95 percent of the reviews are negative. Does the higher up even do anything about this? I just took my vehicles to Tommy's car wash for free and my car came out cleaner. Time to relocate. fix the problems you are having or lose all your customers....
went there they didn't even clean in and around the gearshift dust everywhere didn't even offer me my money back. wanted me to let them redo it absolutely not they couldn't do it right the first time.. that was a wasted $43.00..

Pulled up in my work truck after pre cleaning out the bed of the truck. I was told they don't wash work trucks. I haven't had any issues at any of their other locations or any of their competitors. The Hiram, GA location thinks they are special apparently. LolLast time I checked they are not the only carwash, just the one with the worst customer service. Their reviews say it all.
