the last three times I've gone there my vehicle still came out dirty the guys drying it at the end left the windows all streaked
Don’t go here if you have any hardened mud on hour vehicle at all. We had dried dirt on our running boards and fender flares and was refused service and told to go somewhere else and prewash the truck before coming back. Isn’t that what a car wash is for!? I’m pregnant and not about it be hand washing my truck. I was very disappointed.
i have spent my last dollar here every time i take my car there i ask myself why are you doing this again comes out not clean and they don't dry it at all i spend a half hour drying it myself afterword just to find dirt all over my microfiber towels pretty sad
I’ve always loved going here and the guys work hard drying except the last 3 times in the last 2 weeks - they barely wiped off the windshield - the hood sides passenger windows not dried off car left wet and spotty - not sure if this is a new practice but I am sadly disappointed - I’ve tried calling but only get an answering machine - I hope they go back to how they used to be or I’ll need to drop my monthly service.
I had my truck washed there and they did a horrible job! No tire shine they only wiped half my windshield and I had spots all over my truck. I went home and wiped it down myself and cleaned my windows. I did go back and they will wash it again for free but it should’ve been done right the first time.
Horrible! They wrecked the hood of my new car when their belt system smashed me into the truck in front of me THEN blamed the truck and refused to fix my hood! Don’t go there, they are shameless!! No replies to me even at the corporate level and no register owner to take it to small claims only a storefront in Denver.
Very disappointed in this place. The last few times I’ve took my truck in they have missed drying off an area of the truck. I understand from time to time you get busy and might over look drying something off. But when it’s happens over and over is gets annoying! I ended up canceling my membership.
