Overall excellent experience, everyone met my needs with kindness and professionalism!
Finance manager was crass and insulting, gave us a poor offer and when we refused it yelled at us that we would not find a better deal (because we came from the Bangor area). Not a good representative for Volkswagen. Other dealerships advertise better prices than they were willing to negotiate. I’d rather spend another $40 in gas to save significant money on the price of the car, and probably be treated better.
The only crew I let service my Eos and Passat. :-)
Great service as always! My husband has gotten all of his VWs there. The staff are very friendly and they all know my husband by name. They are friendly every time we are there and even talk to and compliment our children. We won’t go to anyone but O’Connor Volkswagen!
Justin took very good care of my daughter on her first car purchase. I was impressed with the high level of service she received. I went in to help her get a deal, but she didn't need it. She received a beautiful deal and she loves her car!
Great service! Friendly fun group of people there!
Tried to make a cash deal and the sales manager would not move even $200 off the asking price. W/ not one soul there for customers.. I see why.
