Recently bought my 2021 Atlas from O’Connors as a returning customer.. bought my 2018 Tiguan through them as well.. can’t say enough great things about the team there. I will continue to travel 2+ hours to purchase my cars through them without hesitation 🚗🚗
Run! Do not buy a vehicle from O’Connor VW. Sold me a car that should not have passed inspection due to a fire hazard and bad catalytic converters, falsely advertised it as having Bluetooth and cruise control, and have now had the car for a month and still can’t get parts to repair it. They refuse to buy the car back and make it right or even discuss it. I had to report them to the attorney general to even get a loaner.
Zach was awesome at helping me find what I was looking for and made the process easy and painless, would go back again!
Dustin at OConnor was fantastic to work with very simple buying/trading process answered all my questions, just an easy great car buying experience.

My friend Collin Bailey bought a 2013 Jetta TDI from here, the morning after he purchased the car it would not start and it was towed to Augusta for a new starter and battery. Three months later, the muffler rusted off. He took the car in with the knowledge that the muffler was rusted to see whether it was covered under warranty, but OConnor still unnecessarily charged him $90 to confirm this. The service department here is great! They go above and beyond to help you! Very friendly and accommodating! I never have used a dealer for any kind of service but I’m glad I did go to O’Conner! Highly knowledgeable staff! The two ladies that are at the service desk are great and will do what they can to get you fit in and back on the road!
Excellent service always courteous and on time.
