I am actually very pleased. I had seen the reviews and was alittle worried at first. But when I called to set up service for my family's home Setting up the appointment went very well and worked out excellent. My Parents are very happy. I have been with this company since the first owner in 2011 he was really good at his job. From back then to now this company really sucks their technicians do not know how to spray. They need more training on what they are hired to do. The guy that comes and sprays my house wants to schedule my appointments around his schedule. I have called to complain but even the supervisor sucks in this situation. I never get a call back I have called multiple times and until now still waiting on a call from a manager or supervisor. They were highly recommended.. except I called them for an estimate/quote and was told I’d get a call back same day/next day. NOTHING. Called back a week later. Girl on phone apologized and said she would let manager know and I’d get a call soon to schedule. NOTHING. Called again 2 days later. You guessed it, NOTHING. Still waiting actually. Waste of time.
