Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Dr. O'Connor has been my family's doctor for many years now. I love the availability to go to her as soon as I can tell something is wrong because I don't have to wait for an appointment to open up due to her walk in policy. She commonly looks outside the box when traditional treatments are not working the way the should. Overall, she is one of the best doctors I have gone to.

Not that I have seen Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office too loud? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
