Dr. O'Connor has been seeing my two handicapped sons for over eight years. She is wonderful with them and we are so grateful to have her. Her staff is polite and helpful always.

Front staff is very rude, calling to ask a question is just unheard of, and the wait time is roughly 2 hours. You pay for the entire visit up front, $150 plus labs, THEN they bill insurance. Stupid.
I went to this doctor to get an annual pap smear and a referral for a mammogram screen. There was me and only one more patient before me--basically, the office was empty. The nurse called me in about 9:40 and took my vitals, weight, height, etc. The nurse asked me why I was there today and I said I needed my annual pap smear and an order for a mammogram. I was with Dr. O'conner for years as a family doctor.. but as soon as I developed more serious medical conditions she had her secretary turn me away and tell me not to come back Dr. O'conner refused to talk to me herself or offer any explanation People should know before seeing Dr. O'conner that she is banned from Medina hospital so if you go to their emergency room she is not allowed to be your doctor while you are there
I feel Dr. OCONNOR only refers you to a specialist if it is out of her scope of practice and she isn't comfortable with treating something she isn't that familiar with.

She seems very sweet when you first meet her. She is famous for referring you to chiropractors and other doctors as she does not like to treat anyone with a real illness. Everytime I go there she refers me to someone else. What kind of doctor is that. Since the new medicare guidelines she will only write your prescription for 90 days with no refill even if it is for blood pressure or siimvastatin.
