It was very easy to get a convenient appointment right away. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and I left feeling more than unsatisfied. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them

Very rude...both doctor and the staff. Condescending. Long wait for demeaning purpose. (To check that I wasn't a drug abuser by calling some system to check on me). I mentioned on my form I was holistically oriented. I waited over two hours with only two folks in the office when I arrived. That brought out the snootiness. Also that I was a Medicare patient.... not enough money for them. Was urged to get gall bladder surgery based on the mention I'd had acid reflux. NO test, no exam, just "have surgery." Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this general practitioner's office?
