Took a family member to have a procedure in Adel last week and was disturbed by the young girl at the front desk smoking. All sorts of worry going into a hospital due to covid already and to worry if her smoking is going to blow up a machine while my father is being tested for colon cancer. Shameful!
would you want somebody to check in on Sunday at 10th Regional to show up tomorrow morning in the cath lab after not having a bath that many days... I would love to have a shower take a shower get a shower or do anything that involves water after having diarrhea on me yesterday morning
This place is horrible. Do not take anyone you love and care about here. The SW and Director of SW are horrible! They did not do their job in getting quality care for my sister and discharged her after a 6 month stay w a feeding tube and trach w no oxygen order ! My sister can not walk and these ppl who should not work in the healthcare field put her in an ambulance and sent her to her sons house with no warning or any sort of discharge orders for him to be ready for her arrival to his home 3 hours away. My daughter took her son this hospital with a 103’ fever on Saturday July 20. 2019 She told him that he tested positive for Strep twice. This doctor in the ER told not to give any antibiotics because it was viral. How can it be vial if he just tested positive for it this morning and Friday. He was not concerned about the fever at all. His nurse was Will and he asked the doctor to come back in and he did not. Where is the PATIENT SATISFACTION??? This doctor was wrong. Hospital may be ok. But the ER is horrible. Wait time is forever!!! Don't say you are busy with emergencies cause you are Not. Come on do your job! Please!

I love the ot therpy I received from Amber today. she's great with her job and very friendly 😁 I felt a good pain today after I left she's really good 😊 I recommend her to everyone 🙏
Back in March, I went into labor at 20 weeks pregnant. My little boy passed away in the delivery room. I had the most COMPASSIONATE nurse. I believe her name was Hayleigh or something along those lines. I honestly can't remember due to the severity of what went on, but their L&D was really awesome for me and I'm really thankful for her!!
