Great doctors and all staff!
I recommend Dr Oliver Mollere. He is thorough and cares about you. He takes his time and listens with not only his ears but with his heart. The very best bedside manner I have ever seen. The same can be said about his nurse. I no longer dread going to the doctor because going to see Dr Mollere is like going to visit family.

Hi
GPs and family doctors are unwilling to write prescription refills and schedule labs for trans patients. They would rather patients have to spend three times as much and wait ten times as long to needlessly see one of the two endocrinologists available. My family has been going to Ochsner for 40 years - we will be changing that. If all our family can't be treated properly, none of us want anything to do with Ochsner.
I had an appointment scheduled this morning for 7:00am and I arrive 20 minuets late due to waking up this morning and my sugar registered at 48. I had a hard time getting ready to get to my appointment. After I arrived, the receptionist called the nurse station to inform them that I had arrived,but was told that the doctor could not see me. I still was not feeling well, but had to drive back to work, without being seen. I felt very upset about the way I was treated. This has put a bad taste in my mouth about Ochsner care. very disrespectful, we approached the desk because there was nobody in line and two of the representatives were not attending to anyone, they ignored us first, none of us wanted to attend only looked at each other and when I complained the old lady told me to shut up with a sound like that I was a dog and the ones that bothered them was that I approached them without waiting for them to call me because they told me the next time I expected them to call me.
