The staff here is wonderful, compassionate, kind, and very efficient!!! I'd rather go here than any other doctor's office or emergency room! I hurt my ankle severely and they got me x-rayed and in a boot in less with prescriptions in less than 20 minutes!
I went there in January with a puncture wound from cooking with raw chicken. I explained this over and over to the doctor and he wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics. 24 hours later I drove my self to Ochsner ER and was immediately admitted with a staph infection. Two surgeries later and 5 days of iv antibiotics- I got to go home. I will now only go to reputable ER no more urgent care for me. I tried calling MHM to speak to the omnibudsman several times but never got a return call. Beware---don't go to MHM
Awesome service. My son actually had to go today. We are very happy.
