RecommendedOnly had about a 10 minute wait. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Had me in and out quickly. Great place to go for minor problems.
I really like this Urgent Care. Very clean and professional. All the staff is great from the check in to the doctors. This is my “go to” place!
all of the people there were very nice and helpful the nurse practitioner Amanda was very good
They were able to immediate administer the Ibuprofen that my son needed to get his 103 temperature down. Medications for the flu were prescribed as well as the sick 😷 note needed for school . The staff appeared friendly , kind and compassionate .
Condescending , demeaning NP walked in and said, “We can’t help you here” spoken in a rushed, almost Angry tone as if I Am wasting her time. She cut me off many times as I had to repeat myself because she was not listening just judging. She did not examine me as she remained typing at computer. Before she came in she was on the phone with a patient giving STD results! “HIV negative, syphillis....” really? I only go to this clinic when I’m feeling ill. They are pretty fast getting you in, and they are not drug pushers. Always clean and very friendly.
This group has always taken great care of me. When you are sick/hurt, you need a doctor now, not in 2-3 days or before 4pm. Easy paperwork, nice staff, clean waiting area, and exam area. The hours are great!
The staff was friendly and informative. It was my first time there and because I was an ochsner patient I didn’t have to fill out plenty of unnecessary forms. This was a big plus since I was visiting the facility on my lunch break. I would definitely recommend them. Dr Nguyen was polite, direct and through. If you ever need a fix pretty quick, go see them!
