As a stage 4,cancer patient, the nurses and Dr Hasney and Dr Moore are certainly two great docs, I can't thank them enough���
After scheduling an appointment a month ago, giving the scheduling operator all my insurance information and verifying they take it at the hospital/clinic. Today I drove 40 miles for that appointment only to be told you don't take my insurance even after I asked about it when I made the appointment. Administration needs to get their information straight!
It been a pleasure to be here through it all,the staff here is well manner in polite my doctor is A-1, I couldn't ask for a better one Mrs.Suma as well as Mrs.Micheal they are awesome people thanks for everything
What a wonderful experience! Such a HUGE step above the rest. We were treated with such care, kindness and professionalism during my son's emergency appendectomy. Not just from the surgeons and physicians, but from admitting, cafeteria workers, housekeeping, receptionists and ALL levels of staff. I could only hope for such amazing hospital care on the northshore! Will be driving across the lake in the future for any and all of our medial needs.
Ochsner is the best this was my son's second time there and as they were 3 yrs ago they were kind ,resourceful, helpful, and so professional the only place for kids

I was referred to a specialist by my Primary Care doctor. The specialist asked me some questions, looked at my chart, asked me more questions and then said "I have no idea why you are here". Me either!!! A waste my precious time and money.
Great place!! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
