Great doctors, thorough and keep up with things needed as time passes, like vaccinations or other tests like DEXA scans, etc. Very nice clerks, patient and courteous. Been going there for over 10 years on an ongoing basis and I love the way all your information is centralized where any doctor can see what the other doctors are doing. Very important to be able to get the care I need from each one.
I'm still not sure about this hospital after spending the night with a family member from transplant unit I go down to get food at 10:30 in the morning to grab something quick to eat from the Bistro it was closed to set up for lunch. Wth I have never experience this from any hospital so no food was available for customers nor me after not sleeping all I wanted was food and regardless if the food is cater in or not the doors should be open just clueless. Was treated poorly by er staff. Had security called on me because the doctor me I could eat. But the nurse refused to let me. She refused to take my iv out of my hand so I had too. Poor er stffin. Just left an hour ago
excellent staff and properties, award winning...good food
The complete staff of doctors,nurses,waiting room attendants, everyone has been simply amazing!!! Everyone is completely compassionate, understanding, and very willing to help in anyway possible! They have all made us feel safe, comfortable, and like we were at home!
They did help my grandmother don't get me wrong BUT everything was slow. Don't say you're going to do something then forget. Took forever for my grandmas food to come. Took forever to get a wheelchair when she was headed home. Slow pace was very annoying
Wonderful staff and doctors! They saved my life! A very special thanks to the transplant team, Dr Rampolla and Denise and all the rest!
