Great hospital & staff! My son (almost 9) had a surgery in a bad spot and they were all so helpful & kind! It's a huge nice hospital!! All the Drs & nurses & the receptionists were awesome!
THE WORST. I have been a nurse 39 years and this is the most disorganized and uncaring place I have ever encountered. There is no coordination of care and communication is non existent. We asked that a physician call us to discuss our family member's case and were told we should sit in the room and wait for them. I work and we can not sit all day to wait for doctors. I was hospitalized for 6 days total between my thyroidectomy and complications from it and I want to give major props to the 6th floor. Nurses who stick out were Derin and Chris. Also to the er staff including Shawn who took me to a room in a very timely fashion knowing that I could hardly move because my levels were low. I have this as 4 stars because I was not impressed with the 5th floor staff. Coming right out of major surgery, I was expected to be looked after a little more often.
