The atmosphere was so pleasing made me forget for a minute why I was really there...so enjoyed the live piano player, food , nurses and service....
I see I am not the only one with a very bad experience at this facility. After my husband had brain surgery. He was given 1 pill 4 times a day instead of 1 3 times a day. When I questioned the nurses all I was told was the dr had changed he order. I found out later that his orders were not changed by his doctor. Also one day I questioned the nurse as to what she had given him and she said she gave him the med and dosage that was on the computer. Everyone was super nice but they took extremely too long and the room that they put my husband in was not accommodating for me to stay the night with him. I had been up since 3 Saturday morning and he didn't get put into a room until 2:30 Sunday morning. When I walked in to see that there was only a chair for me to sit in, I lost it. I wanted to be there for my husband but could not sleep in a chair so I had to drive home at 3 in the morning.
My husband just spent 5 days in their care. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Was treated with the upmost respect and sensitivity. From the ER to ICU and to the floor everyone was so kind not just the nurses and doctors but everyone. I can not thank everyone enough for saving his life and making me feel safe with him in their care!! Great Job!!
