Everyone I encountered on my visit was very courteous and helpful. They shook my hand, told me their name, I can’t think of anything that was bad about it and I was there all day. Through no fault of there’s. My daughter, who was going to pick me up, had car trouble. So I had to wait for another family member to pick me up.

My son was taken to the urgent care clinic in Mandeville, LA today by someone that I don’t know. I asked for the persons name and they refused to give me the information because it’s “legal stuff”. Why on planet earth would someone suggest that that is confidential information while speaking to the actual parent.

I drive from another state to go to Ochsner Medical Center. I am never disappointed when I go. I have one of the best orthopedic surgeons ever, he is always taking the time to discuss, explain, and go over any xray/test that pertains to my visit. I receive the best care from All my doctors at Ochsners. The staff, no matter which facility I go to the staff is always polite and very helpful. I am truly grateful, thank you.
