I was unexpectedly transferred to the facility where it was not satisfactory. My mother was told to wait in the waiting room and someone would update her, which they did not. She was ignored for 4 hrs. I had a resident come talking about consent forms so fast, she had to change the forms she had three times because she was unaware I was to have a tubal ligation. RecommendedCalled early morning and got same day appointment. All COVID precautions taken. Thorough exam and diagnosis with planned follow up. Great service.
I was at the O’Neal Lane clinic for an appointment on Monday. There was confusion at the entrance. One section of door open for everyone to go in and out. No social distancing. It was horrible. I saw senior citizens using walkers that were turned away Togo back to their cars and wait. The weather was so hot and not enough employees to help. The waiting room was hot and I almost passed out so a nurse told me to take my mask off. Please have more help for our seniors. I don’t want To go back this clinic
