RecommendedMy father in law had a heart transplant with Ochsner. Though out the whole process, visits to see him, the nurses always were amazing.
Primary Care Lab tech was wonderful. My veins are hard to find but she just jammed that big needle in my arm and it had no choice but to produce blood. I don’t say that as a complaint because it was so much better than her digging. I am leaving compliment cards everywhere.

Y’all can’t read a patient folder completely incompetent I only need a little health care. I believed you all could provide it but nope not if you can’t get simple information right from a patients folder.

Was told I have mental health issues for going into the ER for pain. Was told the pain wasn’t their, everyone was very unprofessional and rude. The pain was actually there upon going to someone else. Ended up being an infection to a burn wound, and ulnar nerve damage.
I like the fact I can make my appointments after work during the week!
Everyone was ready and kind with no waiting period. Felt very secure in the care of the staff and the orthopedic specialist
