RecommendedI drive from another state to go to Ochsner Medical Center. I am never disappointed when I go. I have one of the best orthopedic surgeons ever, he is always taking the time to discuss, explain, and go over any xray/test that pertains to my visit. I receive the best care from All my doctors at Ochsners. The staff, no matter which facility I go to the staff is always polite and very helpful. I am truly grateful, thank you.

The pediatric dept er and 4 th staff are awesome! Very accommodating and patient- if you kids has to be sick it’s the best place for us to be - fun play area for the kids to get out of there room and games etc- so it’s tough to be there but very accommodating And helpful and helps you feel like home
I recommend, gi staff wonderful so is rest of hospital. They also saved my daughters life . And my moms life too . It takes two hours for me to get there . Well worth the drive . 10 stars

my recommendation is that they're always on point but what's most important is that you are call no later than 10 minutes after you are register.
Stuck with a $385 bill after being mislead regarding insurance acceptance. 😡
Every time mom in emergency room we wait I hallway for hours with no attending in sight. Ochsner should be ashamed off how they treat patients in emergency.
