The miscommunication has been ridiculous. I was told at 10:30 I would have results in an hour for a test I had done (which they had previously lost the samples and I have already been waiting 4 days). I called at 11:50 and they said it’s going to be another hour. It’s now almost 2 hours later and I have not heard anything. I understand stuff takes time but I should’ve received these days ago! I’ve called every day since I got tested and they just told me 4 days later they lost them!
As someone who works in customer service and NEVER EVER writes bad surveys. i couldn't resist posting about how AWFUL my experience was yesterday evening. NP Dartez checked my ear that was bothering me and noticed a "piece of wax" on my eardrum and tried scraping the piece off with what looked like a dental toothpick. my ear is now worse! i also asked him for an antibiotic for my sinus INFECTION after he neglected to check my nose. he called me 20 minutes later while i was at dinner with my family, not to accomodate me and g... read more
RecommendedIt was okay. Everything was done in a timely manner. Was out with in an hour. Doctor was very Professional and gave me Penicillin for my tooth. The only thing was the nurse . Unprofessional.
Been here almost 2 hours on a mid day Monday. Not busy. Simple ortho foot injury. Still haven’t gotten xrays. Seems really disorganized and inefficient. Wished I had gone to the Lourdes urgent care.
Great staff & really kind and thorough medical personnel
My daughter was really ill, when we walked in everyone was very concerned about her. They took us in the back right away so she could be as comfortable as possible. We hadn’t even filled paperwork out. The whole time we were there they checked on her until we saw the doctor. We received the best care and service we ever had. I’m very great full to everyone.
Excellent place to go when you need. They are very nice, fast, efficient and truly caring. Definitely recommend this clinic!
