Gilda must have meant that I have been to the ER in the past. I have had nothing but great treatment. Never understood how our names come up when someone else has to go to the ER. Could you explain how this happens. ? Could it be a Facebook thing, when it says who has been there, including other people who were not with them.?

Have made an appointment twice which both were cancelled because they mistakenly made it in Laplace and did not let me know in advance . Today they cancelled the appointment because the Doctor was expecting a child, great news, but again they never called to inform me. I have taken off 2 days of work for nothing. I'm a heart patient! Really Ochsner ?

Was quick service for a finger laceration. We were in and out in 2 hours with 3 stitches in the finger. Very professional.

I cant even begin to tell you Thank you and to tell you how grateful I am for y'all making my stay there the best it could possibly be. Every single person I had in my room from the ER to my room was courteous, kind, understanding and did everything they could to help me and to answer all the questions that I had. They don't have thier act together.....especially the "STUDENT"doctors!
