Convenience and prompt service when you arrive for appointment. MyHealth Care on line app is very helpful with scheduling, reviewing appointment/test results and communicating with Dr’s nurse. Highly Recommend primary care physician Dr. William Brown at veterans health care facility.
I have been going here for 14yrs now and I have yet to wait when my appointment was a certain time. I don’t know if my primary accepting new patients Dr J. Ferrier but if you need to see a doctor in Metairie I would recommend her highly. I love her sense of humor.

I was very impressed with the service. The staff at kenner Ochsner was fast, courteous and professional. They insured that my need for medical attention was met. I recieved a call the next day from the doctor on duty inquiring about my condition. I was amazed that the doctor even gave me a call. I highly recommend their service to anyone. They took care of me.
