We have been patients of Ochsners for over 10 years and have always loved the care we have received. Yesterday my 18 month old had a fever, he has never been sick so even though I thought it was just teething (it was) I decided to bring him in to be sure. We waited in our car for over an hour to be checked in and it only went downhill from there.
