I had an attack of diverticulitis and was in a lot of pain. I called Ochsner Covington and the lady on the phone immediately began working to get me in ASAP. By 09:30a I was being seen by doctor Hillary Phayer. After a good exam she prescribed 2 strong antibiotics which I was taking by noon. Their care and concern for me has me on the mend and prevented a more serious situation occurring. . Thanks so much. Larry M.

Been going there for years. Like my doctor. Ochsner so so.
I went to the doctor yesterday for an eye issue, then told I had to see specialist, who then sent me to Ochsner Main campus. Only then to be told I had to come back the next day as none of the doctors had dealt with the issue that I had in my eye.
Well, I've been trying to get my dad's primary care doctor or her staff to let me know what to do about my dad's current health issue. Since April 26 I have tried to reach ALL of his doctors to help and after several attempts I got a call on April28 and order to do lab work. Now 5-2-17 can't get anyone to give me results. ??? I hate their phone system because you never can reach a doctor. All you can get is general number willing to take messages. But messages go unanswered.
