You could try not ripping off your patients .I went in for a procedure that cost on an average 5500 to 8000 in the area. you cost 16000. unbelievable.I will let everyone i know about it.
I think Ochsner is getting too big to service it's patients effectively. We arrived at 9:20 for a 9:40 appointment, didn't get through until 11:00 (most of that was waiting). Missed the Podiatry appointment that was at 10:20 because we were waiting for the first appointment, then got turned away from cardiology because we were 15 minutes late. I had a great experience loved my Dr in orthopedic. Had surgery and all went great. Only wished when it came time to get dressed my sister in law would have been called back to help me. But she was able to go get my meds.
Billing department is the worst and rude talks down to you they forget who’s the customer that helps pay their salaries
