3+ hour wait, no warning before signing in. One providee moving ultra slow. When asked about an estimated wait time after being in the room for over an hour, the answer was, "sorry maam, Im not a provider". Apparently being rude to patients is ok.

RecommendedMy daughter has been going to Ochsner's since 2017, she had brain surgery. Everyone from surgery, PICU, peds floor, and pediatric ER has been wonderful! The staff were very professional, they made sure to explain everything so she can understand what they were doing and what to expect. She has many doctors on her care team, they all go above and beyond to provide the best care for her. She will have another brain surgery in less than 2 weeks, knowing how well they treat her, and of course having super nice Child Life Special... read more
