It just for information concerning my surgery everything went well.....
When I lived in New Orleans in the late 70's I joined an exercise class at Ochsner's Medical Center, it was a lot of fun. Also I had gone to an appt. for a minor physical ailment there also and it went well. The staff there were great.
I love and appreciate the doctors , nurses and all the staff and the exceptional care they have given me time and again. This is the best hospital in my book!!
called patient relations with no results no one returns your call, for item stolen from patient. No one seem to care. I don't know if it is an 11th floor thing or what. Disgusted!
Great hospital but one serious issue they need to fix is the cafeteria closes at 2:00 P.M.👎🏻😱Would have given a five star otherwise!
My son had surgery to remove a hernia. The nurses were awesome! I stepped out to get coffee and the doctor called me to say he was out and doing just fine. Once I got back upstairs (the place is huge but beautiful) the nurse called the doctor back and he reasurred me he would be just fine. He gave me a number to reach him if any questions or concerns. Overall experience was excellent!
