If your in pain and need help fast this is not the way to go. Screamed on the floor in pain for an hour and 30 minutes for my kidney stone before getting pain medication. There was only 1 other person in waiting room but took a hour to get a room then another 45 min to get help. By the time I was helped it was almost over. They said they were slow because of covid 19. Absolutely horrible experience
