RecommendedMy husband was admitted to the hospital for a retropharyngeal abscess and a pharyngeal tear and we had to stay for two weeks. We were from out of town and only there because my husband works offshore and Ochsner was the closest hospital to him when he got sick. I was there for my annual physical. All of the staff were friendly and explained all of the test that would be performed. I had 5 appointments and all of them were on time.
Absolutely! My husband had a liver transplant December 2016. Out within 6 days. Excellent care, and follow up. New Orleans has some of the friendliest and kind people.
